Matt is made of 100 %Alpaca, lightweight, durable, absorbent, dries quickly. Alpaca is Anti-bacterial, anti-microbial and hypoallergenic. Soft to step on. We use in the bathroom in front of tub or in front of kitchen. For Cleaning, shake out or gently handwash in cool water and lay flat to dry. Does not need cleaned this way very often.
