A 50% deposit is required of incoming weight charges.

Your Deposit secures your mill time. The remainder of the balance is due upon completion of order and before shipping. Order needs to be picked up or arranged for shipping within 30 days of completion.

All charges are based on mill conditions at the time and all weights are based on mill weight.

Finished product must be paid for on or before completion and picked up within 30 days from the time order is completed. All fiber left beyond this time frame become property of Winterstrom Ranch and will be sold to recoup costs.

Note: Fleece requiring skirting will be charged $50. per hour and added to final charges.

Extra dirty fiber/fleece requiring extra scouring will be charged an extra $2. per lb.

Extra fine fiber or fibers with extra VM that may require an extra pass through the carder will be charged extra $2 per lb.

Dye batch color cannot be guaranteed for exact colors. We charge $10 per lb to dye yarn.

By signing below, you agree to have your fiber processed at Winterstrom Ranch Fiber Mill. Due to the numerous factors involved with fiber processing, you are agreeing that you will not hold Winterstrom Ranch Fiber Mill, owners, or operators responsible or liable for any service that does not appear to produce satisfactory results or for any damages that appear to have been done to your fiber.

Extra dirty or greasy fleece may require extra washing @ $4.00/lb

If fiber needs extra picking that will be done at $3 per lb.

If your fiber/fleece has to be skirted charges will be on final bill @ $50. per hour of skirting.

3 lb. minimum per lot for batts or roving and 3 lb. minimum per lot for yarn.
